In the age of emails, Skype, chat, virtual meeting & editing, it is so convenient and economical for many companies to skip all together the physical meetings to cut the cost of business travels. But we sure don't.

Emails are quick and easy but it is one way - the receiver can misinterpret what the sender really wants to say. Telephone conference can almost replace the face-to-face meeting but still, not seeing the other side of the face; it could bring the results to the wrong direction.

As a result, we MOEBUS Aviation encourage our customers to have as many meetings with us as possible. In our proposal, we suggest e-mail or telephone weekly progress review, and in such review, we inform our customers everything from bad and good. We believe the success of outsourcing project highly depends on open communication and working side-by-side with our customer
